1. All purchases are final

Due to the digital nature of the product, all purchases are considered final once access has been granted.

2. Technical issues

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only when a verifiable technical issue prevents you from using the product as intended and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.

If you experience a problem with your purchase, please contact support and include your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.

4. Chargebacks

Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
